Product Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of product delivery. You will need to submit a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization form
(RMA). We will not accept returns for any reason without an RMA number.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrived damaged in transit or defective please submit a Warranty Claim Form
soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may require additional information or pictures to assist in any possible damage claims. Tactikal covers return shipping for any damaged in transit or defective items.
Tactikal Cancellation Policy: All orders ship the following business day, if you want to cancel your order for any reason please contact our support team as soon as possible at email@example.com or 402-413-9173. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipped.
Will you refund the cost of shipping if I return my order?
Tactikal only covers the cost of return shipping if the product was damaged in transit or was defective. However, you may be eligible for free return shipping if you made a payment using PayPal. I received incorrect item(s); can I obtain a refund?
If you received an incorrect item, we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of any replacement item(s)
How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for return and the refund or exchange to be processed.
I do not see my refund on my account yet, why not?
It can take up to 10 full business days from the date refunded, for any credits to process on your account. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for assistance.
