My order has not arrived, how long does it take?

All orders will deliver in 2-7 business days from order.   Once the package leaves our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number.   Please log into the shipping carriers website to track your item.   If you have any questions Contact Us.   

 

I want to return my order, how do I do that?

To submit an RMA (return merchandise authorization) request please fill out our RMA Request Form.   Our Customer Service team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

 

My product has broken, what do I need to do to get a replacement?

To submit a Warranty Claim you will out our Warranty Request Form.    Our Customer Service team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

 

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

Inspect the entire order and verify everything that is missing or damaged. Please keep all packaging and order information and contact our support team for further instruction.

 

Will it fit my gun?

The listings on the website should state whether or not a certain product will work with your gun. Please check the product listing or give us a call!
